Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

Last 5 ovs 100/1 RR 20.00

Finally sharma out on 209 with 12x4 and 16/6

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

Another Phatta Wicket match haha

200 by a batsman who is clueless outside India

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

strange series this.

Look at the first batting scores: 304/8 (1st ODI), 359/5 (2nd), 303/9 (3rd), 295/8 (4th), 350/6 (6th), 383/6 (7th)

16 sixes is a new individual record in ODI

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

Australia 272/8 after 37 overs,James Faulkner (78* off 50 balls) again showing his mettle with the bat

RRR 8:41 is not a problem but the 8 wickets that Australia have lost. Australia are actually ahead by 40 odd runs at this stage (37 overs)

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

See whether Faulkner keeps going... 100*

Australia require another 90 runs with 2 wickets and 11.4 overs remaining

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

317/8 (42 overs)

RRR: 8.37

Regardless of the outcome of the match and the series, once again Indian bowling has been brutally exposed. I know the pitches are flat pancakes but if they are conceding that many runs at home (300+ in every game), there will be no hiding place for them when they visit places like RSA and Australia. One could give the Australian bowlers some benefit od doubt because this was new turf for them

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

This (9th wicket) partnership 106 runs off 12 overs, RR: 8.83

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

Aus 326 all out

Australia conceded 100 runs off the last 5 overs!!!

That is where the game was lost

India win the match and the series 3-2, congrats to them

19 sixes hit by India
19 sixes hit by Australia

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

serious question marks over bowling of both teams

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

Small boundaries, dead pitches... This is what's going to kill fast bowling, if it's not already dead.

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

batting paradise if any in the world

Re: India v Australia ODI & T20I series 2013

Rohit Sharma from India's top order was the last person who i thought coukd hit a one day double century. Got to hand it to him, small ground or not he has set a new benchmark. Are any of the Pakistani batsman capable of doing that? Not in my lifetime.
