Let me make it clear, this description is not against you as you are a fair minded person.
Unfortunately Indian government hasn't been clean about its intensions on our Western borders and it has been so for a long long time. And that's what I was saying about in my earlier post as: Ms. - Perceptions.
^ No I am not at all saying India should able to do whatever we want. I just don't know how to convince Pakistan that we are NOT interested in creating any ruckus in Pakistan, whether it be via Afghanistan or otherwise.
Really think about this: we have such a long border directly into Pakistan - Why the heck do we need to go around Afghanistan if we really want to start anything covert to destabilize you?
I am just very frustrated that neither Indian leaders nor Pakistan leaders seem ready to try hard enough to show reality to the public. They are just interested in bravado. Meanwhile the only people really TALKING to the public are the conspiracy nuts

Do you think China is out to destablize India by investing in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh? No... But they are trying to gain influence there. If that happens, it can be a strategicv problem for India in the long run. Especially in case of hostilities.
And surrounding you enemy is well known strategy emplyed by many tacticians.
The reality is that we have our intrests and you have yours. Ours are diametrically opposed to Indias. So long as that is the case, we have to avoid a situation where Indians gain influence in Afghansitan.

We are building 2 high schools in Afghanistan. We are building the largest hospital in Kabul. We are building the Jalalabad - Torkham road.
Put it this way, all the way in Herat we have National spices being sold in the local market.
In Kabul the Jalalabad road was closed for 5 hours, the prices in on Chicken street went up by 20%. Additionally on average we give 250,000 visas to Afghans to travel to Pakistan every month.

And then you object to understanding the psychology behind your posts & get to the deeper meaning........... so this is what india's plan was........... to occupy afghanistan in order to use it & afghans as additional 'soldiers' for the protection of indian borders............... Since the advent of islam, india has been having nightmares for not only muslims obtain an independent piece of land to live in with freedom but also seeing afghans happily protecting PAKISTAN'S borders instead of india.
Ofcourse that is not the only agenda india has in afghanistan. There are many more & to achieve them, they create al qaeda & unite with the soviets. india used soviet power to operate al qaeda . Soviets having developed strong ties with afghans, pakhtuns of Pakistan, the arabs & iranians, OBL & suppoerters, dhuubaii, carry out indian plan upon their mental exploitation against Pakistan & Pakistanis by the indians.
Ofcourse the india also sought much help from indian mafia based in india & abroad to persue this plan.
All the past & present choas in Pakistan be it renaming of NWFP to something so ethnic sounding, division of Pakistan into more & more 'provinces' is the direct result of the indian/soviet union to first divide Pakistan into several pieces & then make claims over different parts as being of their own.
That's why we see indian media campaigns in Pakistan (GEO) to mentally brainwash Pakistanis to start 'relating' to india. Ofcourse india is happy to give away the NWFP region to the russians. That is why the name 'Pakhtun-khwa' was suggested.
Whoever says it is a 'Pakistani' name can eat bolly**** as Pakistani name was NWFP - As it was on 14th August, 1947. The renaming is specifically to define 'new' borders as indian/soviet union negotiate who would claim what part of Pakistan.
It is just a slow process towards letting the russian occupy NWFP, indians occupy (punjab/sindh side) of Pakistan. Since the balochs did not allow the occupation of their province (unlike the soul selling punjabi, sindhi & pathan Pakistani traitors), a certain number of balochs who were patriotic towards Pakistan 'disappeared'. No one knows to date where they are & what happened to them (Sounds like indian military in action in balochistna just like kashmir). Many of the balochs were killed just because of their patriotism towards Pakistan.
And emaratis & Iranians (again under strong mental brain washing against Pakistanis by the Indians) are loving it. Emaratis for the ‘boom’ of dhhuubaaii given to them as promised (Even if that boom came at the expense of so many Pakistani lives, ill reputation of the Pakistani people & their country) in lieu of supporting Indian/soviet union & agenda of dividing Pakistan & claim parts of it together.
But ofcourse the stupid Pakistanis are clearly unable to see any of that. They are forever busy dancing with shoaib-sania bollyscript sh!t as dajjalic india wants them to through one-eyed GEO & not worry a thing while their mother land is torn apart by the enemy.
If you really want to go historical, until the advent of the islamic rulers, **what is now Afghanistan was actually a very important border state that protected the Indian empires from invaders**. They were all kingdoms then remember. *Whne Islam came, it it injected the religious war *and the fence turned enemy in a manner of speaking

Whenever I press someone in a friendly argument over why they believe India would want to harm Pakistan in any manner, after you peel all the plaque built the things they keep going back to are three things:
1) because India believes and follows Chanakya's doctrine of surrounding the enemy
2) because Indians have never gotten over separation and want to bring it all back to one
3) because Indians were why Pakistan was split up into Bangla Desh
All of these are possible motives .... but they are just that - possibilities and motives. But by themselves don't count as evidence!
I can understand Pakistan being cautious about any of her neighbors but to drive it to the point of hatred, adding a religious wedge to it (which peopel on both sides of the border simply lose all perspective about) and then on top of that create entire regional policy !?

how can you so misunderstand the difference between ancient and historical past and the present?
Someone was saying there are no past cultural ties between Afghanistan and India and I gave a very simple example of such ties. During the Mahabharatha times for example, there were many many kingdoms and perodically some dynasty will become an empire underwhich they'll unite. Gandhara was once of them. Some main characters from Gandhara played great roles in Indian history!
