According to the newspaper EXPRESS, India and Russia had signed a military contract in order to build 4 more atomic reactors in india and to purchase 80 helicopters of $1 Billion worth. Moreover, india will also purchase atomic fuel also from Russia. and it is decided by both the countries that they will rise their DEFENCE RELATED imports and exports upto $ 10 Billion till 2010.

These all contracts are a major threat to Pakistan. and at one end, both these countries look forward to build and constantly increase their atomic capacities and on the other hand, they also propagate against Pakistani Nuclear Program and they want to destroy it which will never happen.
