I did not mean anything different,Sir. I said security or intelligenc lapses can happen anywhere.Even the Times Square bombing bid by Mr.Shehzad was averted only in the last minute.But the coutries like U.S and U.K have learnt from the flaws whereas some others are continuing with their experiments. India had not had major terror attacks after 26/11 until the bad guys struck in Pune and in Banaras.But certainly the security apparatus has improved in it’s efficiency.We have been able to snare a few and avert a great deal of attempts because of that.
I do not say that Indian security system is as professional as U.S or U.K but certainly we have improved.
