Every dam has a capacity to hold water. It can only hold a certain amount of pressure. If the capacity is breached in can lead to a catastrophic situation. It would destroy everything in its path. Therefore, little portion of water is left on regular intervals to reduce the chances of that happening during heavy rains. If we increase the capacity to hold water Pakistan has an issue, but when we let go of the water to safeguard our cities Pakistan is complaining again. Blame your ministers for not co-operating with Indian government on these issues.

People who have no knowledge about the issue should not comment.

Well If you only act on the Indus Treaty there is no need of long meetings and conversations, while getting a call in the meeting to slap and run away.
