The body parts of 17 children have been found in a sewer at the back of the businessman’s house. Parents say other children are also missing.

One can easily draw parallels with organ harvesting prominent in Brasil. Nobody in India trusts police which is corrupt, inefficient and lethargic. FIR's are rarely lodged because that would provide incidence of crime in a district. Police needs a complete overhaul.
