**yes, both population wise and economy wise…Bombay is the economic engine of India just like Karachi is in Pakistan.

above Mumbai port photo looks pretty much same as Karachi port!
seems like both cities hav so many similarities! both are economic hub of their country!

Exactly, they both look same from the top. Karachi and Mumbai should be declared as sister cities and Lahore and Delhi should be done the same.
I think karachi has better public infrastructure than mumbai (except public transport), and mumbai has better private infrastructure.
Both cities can learn so much from each other.

Among major cities it would be Delhi. Culture, language and ethnicity is pretty similar.
mumbai on the other hand is a cosmopolitan city.

^^ He is co owner of Reliance group and one of the richest man on the planet.
Lot of people including have reservations on the design, its not pleasing looking but it is different.
i am sure they spent millions on the interior but they havent released the photos yet.

Been to Mumbai a couple of times and it's a pretty great city. Felt right at home. And yeah I can definitely relate it to Karachi both are very similar.

One of the Slums of the Mumbai are visible in the foreground.
Those slums dwellers will be shifted to these pink buildings and slums will be razed and the land will be developed. Govt has a rehab program for slums but people still dont want to leave the slums
