From what I read, SA in past provided Pakistan with free oil. However, now it is not free.
I've heard during Nawaz's term(s) as PM, KSA was pretty close to Pakistan in the sense of giving and helping out whenever we fell short but i guess we won't see much of that any time soon. Now they just feel that NS smooched off them, then couldn't even keep a 'formal promise'.
