If India was ever giving them weapons then this would have ended long time ago in LTTEs favour. The tamils living in the west are mostly srilankan tamils. There is a distinct accent of the tamil they speak. Malaysia, Indonesia, Maldives all have tamils sympathetic to Srilankan tamils.

My views are identical, if Indian govt is using unjust force, cluster bombs, large scale massacre by the army, if they are doing it, they should be punished. But alas it is not the case. If it was, Kashmir would have been gone and became independent long before.
Go back and read about the history of tamils in srilanka and their grievances. Of course I dont support LTTE. But I dont support the sinhalese nationalistic govt too. They cant take out the LTTE. So they are going after civilians. Compared to other foreign (read western) nation India has been mild in criticism of Sri-Lankan govt.
Not everything in this world is a hindu-muslim problem son. Get out and enjoy your life and dont waste time with your hatred.

there are well secured refugee areas in rameshwaram, where anyone arriving by boat from jaffna/mullaitivu is whisked off to and placed. the entire coast is teeming with indian military vessels, and there are military convoys around. those who think somehow india is some kind of woeful bride is very naive. sri lankan govt and india have worked out a very clear deal on how the logistics and patrolling would be done without offending tamil sensitivities in india, and so far is has worked out well.
Go srilanka go and kill more civilians. Then people will wonder how LTTE recruits more volunteers for their suicide attack. If you r ecstatic just because a lot of them are hindus, then god save you. You have one loose mind.
