In past 8 years we (the pakistanis) have suffered far more than you indian can imagine, from terorism to earthquakes, corruption to flooding and the list goes on. But yet poverty rate in pak is less compared to India… you have a bigger economy than us but how come you still have 800 million poor in your country? Hows your so called “fastest growing economy” helping those poors? Dont even bother comparing yourself with pakistan when it comes to poverty…
Reality is, despite been suffering a lot in past 8 years we are still better than you when it comes to poverty, you may have a bigger economy but at least people in our country dont have to eat"rats" to survive…

Indian economy is projected to grow by 5.5% and Pakistani economy by 2.5%. I think Pakistan needs to do more otherwise in the long run there will be more starving people in Pakistan than India.

Its always a work in progress. India was growing at 2.5 percent for much of its history. amd only recently has it started the high growth phase.
Pakistan in contrast has had a number of high growth eras followed by low growth eras.
I think in the scheme of thngs, Pakistan has a great deal of potential. Its simply needs consistant policies.
Point is, we shouldnt suddenly assume that it is the end game. India may stumble back into the Hindu rate of growth if its not carful and Pakistan could just as easily outpace India if it follows the right economic policies..
