Difference is India doesn;t roam around the world with begging bowls like Pakistan.. and bigger difference is that india isgheading in right direction..

Yes we know there is a problme still Indina govt took contious decision in 1998 that we will nto look for aid ( read khairat alms bhikh whatver you want ) from other nations.. and this proud natio is heading in right direction to rectify the situation..

after this bill if anyoen dies of starvation government of India will be dragged to court..
In conclusion we have a problme but we are tryoing top fix and that too on our own and have stopped begging
