all indian posters are not the same. some purposely create threads about news reports that will particularly irritate pakistanis, and others simply respond to other threads with the Indian side (typically) of the various India-Pakistan debates. i am part of the latter. btw, “malice” isn’t really the right term…“bad intentions” or “disengenious” is more accurate.
regardless, i never said there was anything wrong with this thread. i simply said that given the thread-initiator’s blatantly obvious intentions, there is no reason why Pakistan cannot be discussed in the same light.

nikhil: i have specific indian posters in mind, but i dont wish to name names. secondly, sure pakistan can be discussed in the same light, which is why i (attempted to) split that part into a seperate thread (intended) for pakistan affairs.

just a point of order.. second time today I've seen the simply wrong 'fact'/suggestion thrown around that india has the second highest number of Muslims. based on 2005 cia estimates, pakistan has around 150 million muslims, while india has around 120 million muslims.

I'm not surprised by this survey. Corruption in India reeks to high heaven and criminalization of politics is one of the worst cases in the world. The facts don't change regardless of who posts it.
