I think what Some1 is trying to say is that during his visit, he saw two India. One that is happy and drunk with money, fame, Bollywood and Cricket. Other that is struggling to make ends meet, where those people are ignored and problems are not solved.

^MWAP....that's allrite.
I have made these points before also.....that Cricket/Bollywood is given way too much time and print space at the expense of other critical issues.
Unfortunately, India's "mainstream" media has become hugely tabloid-ish and are cheer-leading the nation which is screwing up our priorities even further.....and is misleading a huge section of impressionable Indians into underestimating the gravity of our problems.
That's about it.
Since people have already responded and there isn't much more to discuss....you could close this thread.
