India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

Re: India can’t trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

Your views don’t reflect a peaceful living between neighbours, but merely considers to re-unite both borders and make Dr. Kalam Head of State with Musharraf as their PM. Never!

hi

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

Well said.

First Mush lovers say BB is a security threat vis a vis india, then they say Indians don't trust her

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

You are absolutely right.

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

Of course Mush can't be a threat to India, after his brilliant performance in kargil and his inept and incompetent leadership of the army. What else would India have wanted.

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

Isn't that a good thing. Do people not want to live in peace and see peace between two brotherly neighbours?

Why do people want leaders that are a threat to peace loving India?

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

LOL.. India are just walking all over this "strong man." They say jump and he says how high! Under Musharaf, Pak has lost all respect vis a vis India...

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

WHat this guy says or even manmohan singh says about pakistan is not going to bring any change!!. Inspite of that, Hope that no politician in india makes any big comment about all this. Till now, indian politicians are busy arguiing with their opponents within the country. Hope the trend continues!!

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

this is right. kashmir issue can only remain at the status quo. we cannot gain the land in india's possession, and they cannot reclaim azad kashmir. let us move beyond this issue, to a broad friendship and prosperity for all.

Re: India can’t trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

Amen to that. :k:

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

this is one main reason why i oppose islamist power brokers in pakistan. they cannot grasp the bigger picture. we should just accept some sort of peace deal in kashmir, dual ownership perhaps, and then move forward.

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

Absolutely right.

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

The Stsus quo is not acceptable... We need peace, but not at the cost of what the country precieves as its most important foreigin/domestic issue.
You take countries like China and the way they deal with Taiwan. China akes allies, but the Taiwan issue is beyond negotiation.
Why do we have to give up on something as important as Kashmir for the sake of friendship with India? The Indians wont give us the same favor... Why should we do so for them? Are we that weak as a nation?

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

Easier said then done. Many still believe India is ready for deals, and yet some "pakistani patriots" are not. Do unto others as you would have them to do unto you.

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

Fighting the terrorists that are blowing up innocent people in Pakistan is the most important issue. Kashmir issue is dead. Live and let live. Time to move on and look to the peaceful future with peace loving neighbors like India. No more wars, or 'moral' support to the Kashmiri separatists.

Re: India can’t trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

:hehe: Do you know when Kashmir issue was revived (late 80s early 90s)? No no, not when Jamat-e-Islami was in power (were they ever in power???)… no no no, not by Jamat-e-Islami as a political party, and neither Jamate Islami or any other Islamic party associates in army. Any guesses?

These clown Islamic parties are only used by ISI to get public involved in a mission where our army doesn’t want to indulge itself directly. They are only stooges.

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

i know the kashmir issue was not brought into light by the islamists, but they more then others would oppose a deal.

pakpatriot, what you say is idealism. the alternative to a peace, and it doesnt have to be one where we lose (dual ownership is a sound idea), is perpetual conflict. do you want that? does pakistan want that? why is our india relationship a one issue reality?

why not seperate kashmir from the rest, work on that and at the same time further economic and cultural ties.

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

sir, china is a great power. we are talking about pakistan. what is the alternative to a settlement then?

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

well the indians are not peace loving, any nation operates only according to its agenda, but the rest of the post is sound. lets move forward, kashmir will never change in reality. the LoC is the defacto border and has been for 60 years!

Re: India can't trust Benazir as Pak PM: M K Narayanan

NO! Kashmir is not, never has been and never will be an 'integral part' of Pakistan...

^ is that why your Indian army is trying to silence the Kashmiris then?
