They way it was underplayed by the media on both sides of the border, and even by the international media, I also did not find much credence in this news.

Of course it will have credence as soon as there is admittance from Rahman Malik about Pakistan's involvement of bombing in Burkina Faso.

that tells me that nothing credible here i guess but fundamentalists and rights on our side will keep beating the drums for next 50 years "see we told ya..bloody indians did it and blamed us"
and I am fine with it ... as long as it is a credible story
and if it is, we shd make so much noise abt it....our govt shd make it a huge international issue.... embarrass india on every forum
but if our govt does not show much response, then we shd admit that these news are just baseless with very little credibility

on Friday night, Indian Express ran this as a lead news but, within half an hour, the it was taken down.
in a case regarding Ishrat JahaN, the petitioner in a court quoted an official from the Govt to have indicated the Govt involvement in Mumbai N Delhi incidents. it as just an accusation.
i was watching waqt news call-in show when the ticker ran. the guest N the host never mentioned anything about the ticker. when a caller mentioned it then the host jumped on the unsubstantiated news and threw his tantrums against the Indian involvement...the guest, Mr Aasii, did NOT jump on the news and made rational comments regarding the news.
it's an accusation and/or third party statement which got no facts behind it.

Pakistan media has reported this with PTV making the most noise about it.

because media has been tied down, bought what ever you want to call it.
As Captain1 said...it will get attention only by Pakistani media if it is useless news.
