The 1st ODI between favorites India and Australia starts today at 4:20 PM East coast time and 8:50 AM India time.

This is part of the tri-series which also involves Sri Lanka. India is a favorite to win this tournament. By this time next year, India is expected to be #1 in all forms of cricket.

Aussies 35 for 2 after 11 or 12 overs (10 runs on last 2 balls) - rain stops play. Very sharp catthc by Raina to dismiss the great Ponting. Lot of energy on the field by Indians.

expensive over from Ashwin - 13 runs 71 for 3 in 17 overs.
it was some other bowler - all them indians loook alike

3 edges getting past dhoni in last 3 oversthis one was a catch off Rahul Sharma - indian fielding tailing off
