^So without solid evidence, you still support India’s claim that Pakistan is behind it? You don’t just go around accusing an entire counrty without having indisputable evidence, if they are so adament that Pakistan did it, gather up all the evidence than do all those press releases.

this is not a court of law, but a court of public opinion. like i said, 90% of any intelligence agency’s activities will bear zero proof of any kind let alone “indisputable” evidence. does that mean these agencies are inactive or don’t carry out various operations? obviously they do.

my personal opinion is that there is a decent chance that the mumbai police’s allegation of direct ISI involvement is true, but even if it is not true, the ISI and even the pakistani state are still responsible for being the chief sponsors and financers of the LeT. the funding for the operation itself would’ve ultimately come from the pakistani exchequer even if the motives and intentions were not shared with pakistani authorities.

you can’t start a fire and not be held responsible if the fire burns out of your control. that is one of the dangers of playing with fire, and pakistan’s state policy for decades has included playing with fire (choosing to sponsor terrorism and militancy in various capacities).
