But if Afzal khan is right, why didnt he appear as the eye witness in court? Whats stopping him or PTI to produce him as the core witness. Its not a ricket science that’ll make their case and once they win case in court, nothing can stop them.

They could’ve achieved a lot by presenting such evidences in courts but before this dharna I don’t think they had access to any EC officials testifying against the EC.
