Hasnt he named people directly for their role in electoral manipulation? Im my view, its may not be enough to convict anyone, but certainly more than enough to launch a major investigation into it, as these allegations are coming from an insider. And just like in any major organization, whenever the head of a department is under investigation, he is suspended till resolution.
