like i said that is what i heard on media.. Riaz Kayani publicly said yesterday that He (Afzal) demanded promotion twice a year which is completely against rules and regulations. his application was turned down on the ground that just a year before he was upgraded to grade 21 and now he was seeking another up-gradation. This can be easily verified by govt records whether afzal applied for promotion out of turn or not…riaz kayani said that every thig is on record.
Kayani also said that Afzal Khan was a controversial personality during his service as he had appointed his daughter in Grade 15 in the ECP and presented his wife’s medical certificate of a huge amount which proved bogus after investigations. all of that is easily verifiable.
