Is this a major problem is life? Lately I have noticed that I am actually unable to make decisions about anything. Be it minor little everyday things, or even longer term issues. I thought it may just be a confidence thing, being in a new environment and all. But it seems to be getting worse, to the point I sometimes won’t even say a single word incase it is the wrong thing to say or do, and then later regret it!

So, how to conquer this?

You should speak out and express yourself. In my opinion, it will help you out regret thing.
