To start off… another great innnings by Viru.. 173.. at SR of 85+.. I don’t care much about " best this ever" and “best that ever” cuz we haven’t seen all of “ever”..but from the time I’ve been watching cricket.. Viru is definitely the best test opener..
Random - Chris Martin bowled a no ball and Sehwag signalled to the umpire asking “free hit?” hahahhahhah !!! of course not.. this is test cricket Viru… but he smaked the next ball to the boundary anyway.. Jai Viru !!!

lets give credit where its due.. martin bowled superbly.. NZ has played really well in this test... meanwhiel the indians didnt bat well.... there was enough talk of not being complacent and overconfident of playing NZ i wonder if thats a factor... we are set up for another exciting last day...all hopes on Laxman again...
I wouldnt completely write India off the game yet! if they get a lead around 150 plus, they can still make a game out of it. They will have to open with Zaheer/harbajan and after 3 or 4 overs from ZK, they will need to bring on all spinners (Virender, Sachin, and others) and cause some panic among kiwis.
Infact, I am very sure of that happening, as when teams are winnings and are high on confidence (and indians are these days), such things do happen, important thing is for India to get to 150+.
^ I doubt India will declare just to have a chance of 'winning'. If they want to have a chance they will have to declare with lead of 250-300 that means scoring another 170+ runs and that means lunch and at that point I don't think Kiwis would want to try to win.
^^ I didnt say india are going to declare, and in million years I am not going to believe that they will develop +iveness to take that step(s) BUT what I was trying to say is that at this moment even though momentum seems to be with NZ, India still in my opinion have not lost it and the game is still pretty balanced (if they take lead to 150+)
