Because no one really cares about visiting Pakistan. Maybe the extreme adventurous types who are attracted to the mountain climbing up North. The non Pakistani who is into world travel, Pakistan is more than likely not on his list. India is more thank likely there, maybe not the first or second, but definetly on there.
