I know there are some natural remedies that are supposed to help increase breastmilk production. My Mom insists that soji and milk will help, I’ve tried it a couple of times with no luck. Has anyone else tried any natural remedies that have made a difference?

Huma the more you pump the more milk you will be able to produce. Also try eating more green vegetables, my doctor told me that when i was breastfeeding. Good LUck.

I did some google reasearch and Roshi is right but you shoud increase pumping cycles in steps. Don't start pumping for longer periods of time from day one. Do a gradual increase. And use a quality pump like Modella.

Are you expressing milk or breastfeeding naturally? You often get less breatmilk when its expressed.
Fenegreek tablets are meant to increase milk supply as is drinking raspberry tea.

I tried Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle, but didn't have much success with those. I even took domperidone for awhile with hopes that it would help... its a stomach medication with the side effect of increasing a prolactin response, resulting in more milk.. but that didn't give me enough either. I feed naturally, and have tried pumping.. but to be honest, I have almost given up trying to increase my supply. I just feed her what I have and top up with formula.

That's what I did too and slowly increased the formula feeds until I ended up stopping breasteeding altogether.

Around 6 months or so, but most of that was through expressing milk as I was working full time.

I heard of boiling fennel seed and drinking to Increase Breastmilk but not sure whether fennel seed is white zeera or soonf. Does anyone know?
Also I heard taking omega 3 fatty acid may help with breastmilk production has anyone else heard of it?

The best way to increase breastmilk supply is to just breastfeed your baby for every feeding. Don't supplement with formula bottle. You can also pump between those feedings. Also drink plenty of water.

Plenty of water, Breastfeeding the baby whenever he is hungry, using bhunna huwa zeera & ajwayin ka paani. All these totkays might help in increasing the milk supply.
