this is a wazifa for increasing height

YA ALLAHU YA ALIYUEI YA AZZIMU
Har namaz k bad 126 martaba parhain
Awal aur akir 11-11 bar DUROD SHAREEF parhain

has anyone tried this wazifa? any results?
and are there any other ways to increase height ..?

I'd trust Growth Hormone more. And good nutrition before and during puberty. After that, you're done for good.

Hi there,

The method I will shortly describe below is proven to work, all you need is a flat surface to lie down upon and two other people for assistance.

1) Lie down on a flat surface.
2) Get Person A to pull your arms away from your body.
3) Get Person B to pull your legs away from your body
4) Stretch for a period of 15 minutes daily (Take short breaks after every 2 minutes)
5) Repeat 5 days a week.
