I will suggest that you talk to a CPA who deals with these matters to get a better understanding of the process. If you need one let me know, I can give you the name of my CPA…who btw is excellent.

Thanks for the links Kaleem.. I think i'd have to sit down with a CPA afterall as i don't know which form of corporation/LLC/sole proprietorship will suit my needs.. better to get expert advice than hunt for it all on the net..
and yes.. i guess most Financial Institutions are probabaly incorporated in Delaware.. what is it.. labor laws? or lower taxes?
