Inches away from 2nd spot in tests

Our win percentage for test matches is inches away from the second spot (currently held by the windies), and has been that way for a long time. Would someone (with alot of free time and proficiency in mathematics) please let us know how many more tests we would have to win, to topple Windies. I know this isnt an easy mathematical formulation, especially taking into account some unusual win-loss circumstances, series abondonments, et al.
