No worries. So if God is all knowing yadda yadda he could have easily constructed a method or allowed for some sort of way to reproduce which is not in the scope of human knowledge which is limited and very finite.
Of course humans are not the race/species created.

umm no....although human knowledge is finite there are certain laws that the whole universe observes and there is some logic to what happened.,... i dont believe in clap clap and voila! the majesty of god is observed when we understand the beauty of the order of the universe.

Didn't you just contradict yourself? If human knowledge is finite, then who says you know the logic right now? Who is to say we have the ability to comprehend it at this moment?
You can not say human knowledge is finite and then use that to limit the scope of Allah's power or the possibility of things occuring outside the scope of our knowledge.

Why are some of us so concerned about how the population expanded over the centuries? The shariah that we now have is not the same as the one that prophets before us had. Besides, what good would it do in finding out about such matters?
There is wisdom behind everything that Allah (SWT) has made apparent and kept hidden from us. Indulging in such discussions is futile as well as labelling it incest is quite sick, I must say.

If the initial humans were Adam and Eve (supposedly eve), then there had to have been incest among the children's generation to propogate the human race.
Its outlawed and deemed disgusting now of course, but then its because there can be so many genetic problems from incest. We allow cousin-marriages right? But some countries deem that incest too - because the genes are too similar.
If we go back to Adam and Eve, then there was little liklihood of problems coming about with incest, since the genetic information was fresh. Therefore, nothing sick about it. And no need to bring the trend back, since the human gene pool dynamics is different now.

CM…yes human knowledge is finite but that doesnt mean that some aspects are proven and factual. Take the example of evolution, although there are many missing links in evolution, there are more than enough facts to know that it did take place and that humans are constantly evolving. And this question was designed to find out the opinions of my fellow bro’s and sistahs regarding the issue…unfortunately it is apparent that most of you dont even want to be confronted with a question that begs you to question your beliefs. Sometimes your try to prove it with logic (maybe god intended evolution), while sometimes you rely on blind faith and insults to me… case closed just like any other issue that questions the validity of islamic beliefs…

Yes I can…the human mind is given to us to understand the majesty of God and the mysteries of the universe…and just because the questions i ask are controversial it doesnt mean that I cannot think about them or try to wonder what happened.
Judging from what you have told me…it is obvious that your belief (Adam and even being the first etc) are just as good as any other theory.

In fact according to the Bible, what would be called “incest” in the time of Moses, was acceptable in the days of Abraham. Sarah was, for instance, Abraham’s half-sister. They had the same father but different mothers (Gen.12v11-12).
As the gene pool got diluted, laws had to be made to prevent the negative aspects of genetically close people having defective offspring. It is the same today, things permitted yesterday might become unlawful due to circumstances that change. Very few, if any, things become permitted once it was banned.

are there other theories of evolution out there aside from darwin? i remember going to the Museum of natural history where I saw a movie about how all living things evolved from water creatures......saying that the fish evolved to turtles who came to the ground and evolved to walking animals.......
