user Ghazal kisi ke has a problem that she is not receving any pms and the sender gets the message that her inbox is full.. but whats puzzling that she has emptied all her folders … and still the same result

She does have 60 messages in her PM box. And that is why she can't receive further messages. One reason why she may not see anything there is because of the incorrect setting of the display for Inbox/Outbox. Make sure it is set to "From Beginning".

Check this for both Inbox and Sent Items. The system adds both received and sent messages to comply with the 60 message limit.
If this doesn't help, email [email protected] and they will investigate further.

I am not certain yet, but I suspect this problem may have been caused because your friend may have accidentally chosen to exclusively show recent messages in her Inbox, (this is not a big deal and I had the exact same problem myself). If her Inbox setting is selected to show recent messages only, she may have older messages lying in her Inbox that she is not aware of. These may be the ones that are consuming her Inbox space.
IF possible, please ask her to check her Inbox settings by checking the option titled, “Show Messages From” -

Then please ask her to select and choose this option (“the beginning”) - this will allow her to see ALL of the messages that are saved in her Inbox regardless of their date:

Now hopefully she should be able to see the older messages lying around in diverse folders, and then delete them in order to free up space. Please let me know if this works or not.
