The whole personality gets shaped/changed by any event predictable or unpredictable. Personality is composed of all four of them and much more.

great, folks. this is awesome discussion, we are delving into the realm of great big universal and philosophical questions about human character, life experiences, personality and as njgal said, perceptions and preconceived notions.
all of this is true. many philosophers have shed light on this and related topics, both western and eastern in tradition and abstract thought processes.
do you think that soul changes?
can we instill a real change in soul because of unpredictability of life's events?
how can we attribute a change to soulhood, if you will, due to life events and how they appear in a life time, unpredictably?

In my opinion unpredictable life events and experiences shape personal thoughs which changes everything like intension and language to.
Soul I think is un changeable.
Agar aap ki soch hi badal jaay to sub kuch different ho jata hai. Uskay asraat na sirf soul pay intentions pay language pay gharz har aik hamaray amal pay parta hai.
Asal soch hi to hai jo paida ho jaay to insaan bilkul badal jata hai khuwah wo ghalat ho kay sahi.
Jaisay agar meri soach badal jaay kay main nain English seekhna hai (jokay ub tuk naheen huwi) Isi liaay itnay saal yahan rah kar bhi naheen seekha.
Aik baar soch paida ho jaay kay mujhay english seekhna hai to phir main ussay seekhnay ki koshish karoon gi. Agar yay soach paida ho jaay kay jald say jald seekhna hai to jald say jald koshish kar kay har tarha say haath paaon mar kar seekh loon gi.
Ub us soch kay asrat yay hon gay kay uskay liaay mera amal change ho jaay ga rawaiya change ho jaay ga. Jis say seekhna hai ya to khushamad pay utar aaon gi (agar khushamdi pasand hoon to, jo kay main bilkul naheen hoon).
Us kay liaay mahnat kaoon gi. Zuban achchi karoon gi. Language ka istamal karoon gi (yani seekhanay walay ko chikni chapri baton say khush karoon gi, wo bhi main naheen karti)
Meri rooh bhi khush hogi seekhnay ki soorat main.
Mera intension bhi badal jaay ga uskay liaay koshish karna ka aur karnay kay liaay.
Soach hi to asal hai jo sub kuch badal deti hai.
What I do.
Jub mujhay koi takleef (jismani dard kisi bhi qism ka ya zahni takleef) hoti hai to choonkay dimagh say saray jism ka talluq hota hai is liaay dimagh ko kisi aisi soach ki taraf laga leti hoon jis ko yaad kar kay mujhay ya hansi ati hai ya khushi hoti hai ya aisay qurani wird ko khoob par'hanay lugti hoon khaas tor say astaghfar aur Allah say apnay gunahon ki maafi. Aisa karnay say yani soch balnay ya dimagh ko kisi aur taraf laganay say forun main dard khuwah kitni bhi takleef ho rahi hoo bhool jati hoon aur dard ka ahsaas naheen rehti.
Azma kar daikhiaay ga. Insha Allah faida ho ga.
Soach is everything for me.
Soach lain aik baar kay yay karna hai to mushkil say mushkil kaam kar guzrain gay.

Coming to the question, you can't actually choose from the four options because they are all connected to the same thing. Life changing events alter a persons mode of thinking, and that in turn shapes his soul and his personality, and thus his intentions are affected, and gradually as the memory of the event takes its toll on the human mind, the persons langauge can get affected to.
