Was Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) a Nabi or Not ?
Of course yes !
Then tell me in this verse Nabiyeen is mentioned. which included all Prophets ! Now you get it !
**[3:82] **And remember the time when Allah took a covenant from the Prophets, (Included Prophet Muhammad s.a.w Becasue He is also among the Prophets!) saying, ‘Whatever I give you of the Book and Wisdom and then there comes to you a Messenger, fulfilling that which is with you, you shall believe in him and help him.’ And He said, ‘Do you agree, and do you accept the responsibility which I lay upon you in this matter?’ They said, ‘We agree.’ He said, ‘Then bear witness and I am with you among the witnesses.’

the two MEETHAQ mentioned in the two different verses r not the same....
i wonder how u r mixing the two....
in sura ahzab, all the messengers gave the oath, including Muhammad (saw), that they shall fulfill their mission which Allah has assigned to them....
in surah al-maeda, the prophets, other than Muhammad (saw), gave an oath that they shall help Muhammad (saw) when he comes, as they were foretold of his coming in their books....
they r not the same things, so dont confuse them....

Assuming what you're saying is true, the verse goes on to say: 'Whatever I give you of the Book and Wisdom and then there comes to you a Messenger, fulfilling that which is with you' - unfortunately, i dont think mirza sahib fulfilled anything of what was expected (as told by the Prophet Muhammad (saws))

Which covenant is mentioned in these verses ?
**[33:8] **And call to mind when We took from the Prophets their covenant, and from thee, and from Noah and Abraham, and Moses and Jesus, son of Mary, and We indeed, took from them a solemn covenant;
**[33:9] **That Allah may question the truthful about their truthfulness. And for the disbelievers He has prepared a painful punishment.
