As much as I wanted to read this book to explore the depth of hypocrisy this great person has after reading and hearing excerpts from the book, I would’ve never paid even a half a penny to this moron’s book..

wohooo thanks for the book. I have been after the book since it came out but unfortunately it is not releasing in australia until december 1. even amazon was giving 20-30 days delivery time...
