** These are facts showing the how Ahmadies/Qadianies are suffering in Pakistan. These fact and figures are from 1984 to 1999.

-ahmadi muslims, who believe in one God and Muhammad (SAW) as his prophet, are dubbed as “Not Muslims” in constitution and law.
-If they profess to be muslims or call their mosque MASJID (arabic for mosque), or make a call to prayers, they are liable to three years “IMPRISNMENT” and FINE. Many continue to be sentenced.
-When one of them present in a court’s premises to seek justice, a mob of rabid mullahs attacked him in the presence of police, stoned him to death and dragged his dead body in town’s streets. The police took no action. No public figure, bigger or small condemned the attack nor uttered a word of sympathy for the victim.
-Although all decent people may condemn blasphemy, a law exists here whereby anyone guilty of the defiling the name of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) must be awarded death punishment. ”Deflining” has been left undefined. The Supreme Court, however decreed that any display of the Islamic creed by an ahmadi amounts to deflining the name of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). The deputy attorney general, representing the state, asserted that death is penalty for those who don’t believe in the finality of Prophet hood. Till now, 189 ahmadis have been maliciously and falsely charged under this law, while three were sentenced to life imprisonment.
-A man was sentenced to a total of 13 years imprisonment by anti terrorist court simply because he informed others that the reformers of the latter days has already appeared.
-A man, who greeted another with Assalm-o-Alakum, was awarded 6 months imprisonment by a magistrate.
-A mob led by mullahs attacked and severely damaged an ahmadiya mosque. The defenders tried but were unable to defend it. The authorities took no action against attackers; instead they arrested the defenders and took them to anti-terrorist court for speedy trial and quick ‘justice’.
-Nine mosques were destroyed, seventeen were set on fire or damaged, and authorities sealed fifteen. At places worshiper were obliged to worship in side street, even in a garage.
-Organised sports are forbidden to citizens in Rabwah, the ahmaddiyya town.
-Students have to sign a proforma declaring their faith to get a place in a residential hostel of a college.
-The minister of minorities tells a visiting delegation of Mullahs; Ahmadies are enemies of both Pakistan and Islam; they are worse than Jews.
-The president urges a wider application of the country’s offensive laws to offshoot territories. On petty issues he urges bloody civil war.
** These facts does include the latest incident in Pakistani town of “Takahat Hazhara” in Frontier province, where a mob of 1500+ armed with sticks, axes, machete attacked a ahamdiyya mosque while 7-10 people were praying. They surrounded everyone in mosque. When some of the ahamdies try to escape from this by going to roof of the mosque, mob followed them and eventually killed them. Then they throwed their dead bodies to ground floor where the mob mutilated the dead faces using axes and macahete. In the incident 5 ahmadies died 2 were seriously injured. The police and authorities were standing near by and did not bother to save these ahmadies.**
