many christians have suffered immensely under muslim empires (i.e. ottoman empire)

many christians are still suffering under fanatical muslims in iraq, pakistan, palestine, and turkey (to a lesser extent), yet no muslim ever brings awareness to their plight.

You are destracting the topic from the main issue. Yes, assyrian-chaldeans dont like muslims. That is not the point I was arguing on. I said many christians have been supporting Hizbullah for years!!
Secondly, If all have been "Suffering" under the rule of muslim conqueres....then I like to believe that whole Europe, part of Africa, Australia, USA, Vietnam, South Korea, Haiti, Hawai, East Timor, etc etc. have been suffering under the crusaders for years.

east timor suffered under muslim rule for 24 years. suharto brutally occupied the island with us support yet very few muslims cared

when east timor gains independence from indonesia, the whole muslim world erupts in fury and bin laden decides to bomb bali as punishment for breaking up indonesia (when in reality east timor was invaded and occupied by right-wing muslims)

hows that for hypocrisy?

Dont post lies regarding East Timor to make your point valid.
East Timor was under muslim rule and the suffering was coz of an dictator and not that he was muslim in first place.
I know best how much the muslims Timories suffered some years back when Christian Timories attacked Muslim Timories, who had arranged mobs to murder their muslim fellows. At a time when UN and USA enjoying the pop corn while a slaughtering was the call!. Have you heard of these incidents ever? NO!

Secondly, when the so called INDEPENDENCE was achieved by the same US of A now, once being best buddy with the (you labelled It: brutal MUSLIM) dictator, had actually achieved no success as far as the leader's choice is concerned.
The UN-USA puppet was shot at by some Rebelles of their own and these sort of incidents do occure, where ever you try to convince the majority (a nation) of havng to accept USA installed leaders in some foreign country.

I have noticed your hatred towards muslims and Pakistanis as well as our regime is a choronical desease. Not only on this occassion but also on many other issues on this very forum you have displayed no love whatsoever for muslims and Pakistan. I have been to Lebanon, I have lots of Lebanese friends of different backgrounds who have constant debate about Lebanese politics and its future.

I have read several books on Lebanese politics and its society.

So yes, I know a lot about Lebanon

suharto was gone by then, and it was necessary to give them independence. after all, it was under portuguese and indonesian control for so many years, surely they deserve self-determination.

if you support the right of self-determination for muslims under non-muslim tyranny, then you better be able to support the same right for christians under brutal muslim rule.

i have hatred of those muslims who whine and act like victims of non-muslim aggression yet stay silent or even have no problem being aggressive towards others who do not share the same belief as them.

why don't you go ask the families of the 3 indonesian girls that were beheaded by sharaabi's heroes in poso? why don't you go see how many christians are often slaughtered in sulawesi and moluccas by fanatical muslims?

and as for pakistan, well you cant expect me to love a country that openly supported and funded the taliban for ages, do you?

You've been to Lebanon? I lived there for 3 years. You are right, most Christians do support Hezbollah. My father used to attend Hezbollah meetings and iftars during Ramadan as a representative from the Pakistani embassy.

My friends are actually much more diverse background. I have Christian Lebanese, Shia Lebanese Friends, Druze and Sunni. I helped arrange my university's MSA's protests against Israel during the bombing on Lebanon in 2006.

Most Christian Lebanese friends I know don't like Hezbollah and blame it for the country's destruction in 2006, even more so than Israel.

Just as people in Pakistan criticize the Pashtun Tribal Militants

By the way when did u go to Lebanon and where did you go?

I have not been there but my father been living there for a quite and knows only Christians with whom he has some business.
It's just the prejudice about Hezbollah accusing them only of fighting against the oppression. Where once they were considered as Rebellions sponsored by Iran. Hezbollah has done a lot for Lebanon (with financial support of Iran). Like building roads, buildings, offices, schools, universities, creating jobs and lots more...The same infrastructure which was carpet bombed by Israel in the last conflict!

No one knows about these stories, since they havent been published yet and released by any American author and as long as we don find these stories we dont believe them.

Mercenary, there is a huge difference between Hizbullah and Taliban and not to forget the NA who is now in rule in Afghanistan. YOu must first understand to differ these "organization" and read on them before opposing them coz the Cowboy of America has ordered to do so.

Exactly, I actually enjoy the opression by the very evil muslims of the minority.
Especially when NA opresses the rest of Afghan people. Where you have to face landlord attitude on every street corner...

Muslims in Denmark are living in hostile and low life atmosphere. Discrimination best defined. Muslims are repeatedly insulted and humiliated in the name of freedom of expression. I feel sorry for them to live in such a mean and insensitive society.
