From where in Pakistan can I get biotin tablets..i have been to SHAHEEN chemist but their salemen were like what is this biotin tablets ,they were completely blanked .. so please tell me the exact location and the required percentage mg ug whatever it is to make hair healthier and great and what should i have with it to avoid skin breakouts.Thankyou

Assuming you are in Karachi, Try Kausar Medicos they usually are able to order medicine from abroad (or in this case vitamins). You can also try Agha's supermarkert in Clifton. You need 5 mg per day.

Yeah, 5mg is a good strength to make a noticeable difference.. I take Zinc as well to help prevent any breakouts

Sorry don't know where you could get it in Pakistan..

Just saw the post.
You can get WELLWOMAN capsules (Vitabiotics Company) from any good pharmacy in Islamabad...Dwatson/Shaheen etc.
They contain 100% RDA of biotin.Hope it helps!

Amazon.com does not deliver in Pakistan and would be hard for ebay as well.
