Balochistan isn't the only proince or group with grievances, plus the right way to go is to grant autonomy to the respected provinces, or atleast move forward towards that. The U.S. initially wasn't a multi-ethnic country (i mena there were blacks but they were slaves, it was predominantly white), so I still believes theres a lot more than that.
