If we all started posting the positive contributions of Islam, we would run out of bandwidth. Hence we focus on the few major examples of Islamic fanatics who end up f’ing everything up and making peoples lives miserable.
As a general principle, its better to highlight your faults in order to improve them, instead of constantly touting your positives, which only makes you seem conceited and delusional.
You should acknowledge the faults of Muslims, its a sign of maturity.
