the doors of the sky are open (mercy of Allah) and the doors of hell are locked
and the Shayaateen are chained.’ (Mishkaat pg.173; Qadeemi)

Hadith 2
Hadhrat Sahl ibn Sa’d (Radhiallaahu Anhu) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu
Alayhi Wasallam) said, 'In Jannah, there are eight doors. From among them, one

Commentary
Make a firm intention to make this Ramadhaan as meaningful as possible by making
Tawbah and changing one’s life from disobedience to obedience, by performing
Salaat five times a day, by abstaining from every evil, backbiting, lies, etc.

An ideal opportunity to clean one’s heart. May Allah Ta’ala accept our
Ramadhaan, Aameen.

Ameen.
