Or vice versa - i saw tons of them all over and my mom always told me that never make fun of them or say anything bad to them. So I always helped em out till my last day there when one of them snatched my stack of money without me going through it while we were sitting in the car.
They are called hijras rite? Half man half amazing? Some one tell me a little about them since my mom doesn’t want to discuss it with me.

Yea Light Bearer is right. Kusra's are hermophidites. I was always puzzled by why they would dress up like women and stuff. Basically, when some people have a hermophidite as a child, they kinda 'reject' him. They'll give them to some "organization" that is to "take care and nurture" these kinds of people. What ends up happening is that these kids grow to become kusraas as it's their only way of living since they won't be accepted by society simply because they were born like that. So they go around dressed as women in attempt to be noticed by people and get money from them so they can give it back to the "organization", which (in return) gives them food and a place to stay. That's what I've been told, anyways. It's pretty sad. :(
