the scenario changes entirely if both the guy and girl like each other. They would be more willing to make compromises and accept the other side - rude or not. Meanwhile …the guy/girl who’s party is the rude type - he/she should be the one to try to make things more bearable for their SO. And the other side should try to make more efforts to ‘win their hearts’
people do change with time. and to get something you gotta lose something too..
but if it’s an arranged affair and one party shows their snooty rude side before marriage then it’s a blessing in disguise and one should SERIOUSLY think before marrying his/her son/daughter into that family
