they are not sects…there are the continuation of the religion of Abraham…Christianity, Judaism and Islam are the Abrahimic religion. Allah sent all the messenger to us with the same message of oneness of God and how to worship Him. MoHammad [saws] was the last prophet in the chain starting from Adam [a.s.].
it’s simple because all three faiths are monotheistic faiths.
