In defence of speaking the truth

There’s now a bunch of feedback threads objecting to roman, matsui, yahudi etc. The main objection seems to be a mistaken perception that these people seem to insult the muslim faith.

I haven’t seen such insults. They don’t agree with a lot of things and have a delectable and fun way of expressing themselves. I don’t think they should be castrated for that.

Because he’s not afraid to speak his mind, Matsui is a 10 times better muslim than those who object to him.

Because yahudi has doubts and asks them plainly instead of calling names, he is a better muslim too. He is in fact a better muslim than most because he wants to follow the ‘abstract super’ concept to the extent of not even assigning a name to god.

GS, its membership, islam as a religion, internet as a cult and humanity as a species will be the losers if these people are asked to regress from their advanced state of thinking.

PS: my apologies for bunching matsui with the other two. Only for the purpose of this post

speaking the truth as in line with george w..

There is no problem with asking questions ... I have millions of questions too , and so do a lot of others. But at least folks can be polite about it, rather than have a mocking attitude...

Case in point:

My roomie and I were talking about religion in general, and she was saying how the whole Adam and Eve theory is a load of crap - using those precise words, and how its unscientific and totally false.

Her tone was really insulting, and so were some of her words. Now she could have just said "well, i don't believe in it, because I find it hard to support scientifically and other theories make more sense to me" rather than use insulting language.
