PakPatriot - because the majority of Pakistanis know that as of now, the government is in the hands of greedy rich waderas and chaudris and also millionaires who own sugar mills, etc. Their own daughters live such crazy lives and their friends' daughters live crazy lives...so it doesn't really matter...we're not scared that this could spread and we'd become a Talibanized nation.
Its kind of like Nazi Germany - everyone saw what happened, and no one would dare repeat it. So no one is really afraid that the Nazis might come back. Likewise, everyone saw what happened in Afghanistan. No one is afraid that the mullahs will take over a country like Pakistan.
The MMA does these sort of riots because its the ONLY thing they can do. Their only agenda is really against women. Control 50% of your population, right? Its the way many civilizations in ancient times have done it. This is no different.
But I am sure the MMA could never win over that much control in the government, much less the army. You have the military and the land-owners that are putting up way too much competition.
