Actually the the question is asked of a panel if America is the greatest country in the World?
One person says among other things when we were a Great Country we waged war on Poverty not Poor people!
I wonder what he meant by that?

I know that was a scene from some tv drama but that was the most honest and realistic viewpoint of the United States i have heard in a long time
