Normally i never read such type of long stories but this time i read 
My suggestion that just forget him and don’t wast his or your time. If he really wish to marry you then he send his parents to your home and get engaged with you.

When he asks you "can you wait 2 years?" answer honestly and say no, you cant wait in secret. You want to make it formal now and then you can happily wait 2 years .
I think he is keeping you as an "option", when hes ready to marry he will look at all his option and decide. You dont know how many option he will have to choose from then. His parents may offer a few rishta, he may have other female friends or work colleges.

No.. My brother went on to marry the girl who broke up with him once.. I know other guys who have gone back to girls who have rejected them.. Not every guy has such a huge ego..
Who took the initiative after first break up???

You don't want him, because he doesn't have the good sense to want you enough to do the necessary to be with you. Plain and simple. Find another. As a matter of fact, if he thinks you will just hang around waiting for him, he won't make any moves to get married anyway. If he thought you might be interested in someone else, he might well get his buns in gear and get his parents over to negotiate. But don't play that game.
Accept that it wasn't meant to be, and find a better candidate.
