My friends acquaintance, a lady I met for 5 minutes asked my friend numerous times to tell me to call her. Should I call ? If so, what would I say ?

Sounds strange that she won’t call you but expect you to call her. If I were you, I wouldn’t.
Your friend can tell her, LP has been so busy lately. If you want to catch up with her, why don’t you give her a call some time. Or wait until the next time we all get together.
By the way, I have seen aunties asking girls directly for rishtas. They use the excuse that we wanted to find out from you first if you’d be interested before involving parents.
