And whose fault was it. To start with most of the industries, even the British started owns are owned non-Muslimsand** situated in non-Muslim majority areas.** From Tatas to V.O. Chidambaram Pillai (started shipping as a protest against British) started Industries in India much before independence.

And that is fault of Pakistan?
