For his upcoming film ROCKSTAR in which he has signed on Ranbir Kapoor as the lead man, Imtiaz Ali has finally cast the heroine for him after a long wait.

Buzz is that Imtiaz Ali has cast well known model Diana Penty opposite Ranbir in the film. It must be mentioned here that Imtiaz was searching for a new face to be cast opposite Ranbir for a while now. Diana Penty will make her bollywood debut with this film.

Earlier it was rumoured that Imtiaz has finalized Anushka Sharma as his lead actress. But, it seems all such rumours had actually nothing to do with reality.

ROCKSTAR will be produced by Shree Ashtavinayak Films and this is their second film with Imtiaz Ali. Earlier, they had produced the film JAB WE MET which went on to become one of the big hits coming out from this banner.
