IMHO, today’s decisions were all correct.
IK deserved to be exonerated, JKT deserved to be disqualified and the Hudaybia case re-opening deserved to be rejected.
However, the earlier decision to disqualify NS was blatantly incorrect. He should not have been disqualified until convicted by NAB.

IK - Accepted that Niazi Services was his off-shore company and was made to avoid taxes on the recommendation of his accountant…and IK failed to declare it.

JKT - Accepted that Trust in London belongs to him and he is beneficial owner, he failed to declare it.

SC - IK is not Disqualified, JKT is Disqualified, and then 15 pages on justifying Nawaz Sharif’s disqualification…

plz dont ask, even iam confused on what and why NS name is doing here…a
