There are stats of 85 to 90 percent women claiming abuse back in the country. When 1 percent of population is in the news disproportionately then there is cause for concern. I did tell you about the wedding I went to and imam was giving sermons about women should be obedient and are more suited for housework. Also we fell 10 spots in world ranking to be one of the worst in the world for gender equality and to be the most dangerous place on earth to be a woman so really yes there are crimes against women every where but at what frequency. Never heard of throng of Japanese assaulting women in Germany

Stats from? What source? Majority of the population doesn’t even have internet in Pakistan. Speaking out against the evil in society is one thing but putting a whole nation of 193 million people under the same glass while ignoring the good. Or making the whole west seeming like a saint while ignoring the bad there, that is when you lose the credibility of your argument.
